Humble Beginnings

Our family would like to welcome you to Valentino's New York Style Pizza and Restaurant established in 1981, and share with you some history of our Family and Restaurant. Guiseppe and Florence Olivo immigrated in 1954 from Montelepre and Partanna Sicilia, to New York. We came to Florida and opened Valentino's Restaurant with sons and their wives Peter & Angela and Joseph & Ronda Olivo.

Traditional Recipes

Everything is homemade from family recipes over 100 years old. We only use fresh Italian herbs that create the finest flavours! Some of our specialities are, Pizza, Fettucini Alfredo, Veal Franchese, Shrimp, Scallops, Fresh Calamari or Mussells in Marinara Sauce, cooked to perfection, over a bed of Linguine or your choice of pasta, and of course, we also specialize in the All American Valentino Burger, and much much more. Our burgers are also homemade. In Italy, we say, "A day without wine is like a day without sunshine." We have the wine to fit your taste, Red, White, Dry or Sweet, it's yours to decide. And, finally, our menu would not be complete without topping your meal with homemade desserts such as Cannolli, Cheese Cake, Zeppolis, Tiramisu etc...
